Can the graduate arrive late to Mt Tam Racquet Club?
Grads need to arrive and depart in accordance to the permission slip and parent/student agreement. However, we do understand that there can be valid circumstances for a late arrival. A pre-approved late arrival can be arranged by sending an email to annefeinberg@yahoo.com by June 2nd stating why they will be late and what time they will arrive. This will be reviewed by the grad night committee and a follow up email with denial or approval with necessary instructions will be sent by June 6th.

In the event that a graduate makes the unfortunate choice to arrive to the event impaired and/or bring banned items such as alcohol, drugs, tobacco, weapons or other items that could provide a risk to themselves or others items will be confiscated and they will be separated from other graduates. Parents/guardians will be contacted to collect their graduate, a parent/guardian id will be checked and graduates will need to be signed out.
